we used to put cologne in lighters when we were kids.nothing will happen except that you will get a stinky flame.when your tired of your lighter smelling like that , start using lighter fluid and someday it will smell normal.

Perfume is mostly alcohol, so it should burn. Maybe the ciggies will smell so bad you will quit smoking and save a life.

One of two things are gonna happen: Either the damn thing is gonna explode when you try to lite it, or a huge flame is gonna shoot out. Most perfumes and colognes and what-not are highly flammable. So yeah, if you value your health, I would advise NOT even trying to light that thing up =
