And if you know how much does the flint and wick cost
I have never had to replace a wick in ANY of my 25+ Zippo lighters.
I usually can go 3 to 4 weeks of cigarette-smoking use on a flint. flints cost about $5 for a five-pack.
The flint can last for up to 2000 lights. The wick will out live u & i put to gether. It all depends on how much u light it.I have one that is 70 some yrs old,yep same wick.It was gave to me by my Grandmother, yeah it was not much but i keep it in my gun draw locked. If the wick gets to burt by being lighted to much, just cut the burnt part off then pull some new in.It is all cool,sh!t that sucker will go for ever,i do not know how old u are,but i'm pushing 50,and my grand mom was in her 90's,and the fucin lighter still works lol,lol gezz god bless her,i was in prison when she died, they would not let me go to the funeral cause it was out of state.Have a good one man,and do not over fill the lighter, that will fuc the wick up.
Wicks last almost forever. I've had the same wick in mine for well over 10 years.
Flints can last anywhere from a week or so to 2 weeks or more depending on how much you use the lighter.
Flints are about a dollar and a half for a 5-pack.
Since I've had the same wick for so long, I have no idea what a new wick would cost. I do not imagine that they'd be more than a buck or two.
