What is the Legal Age to buy a Zippo Lighter

I know in the UK it is illegal to sell ''smoking accessories'' to people under 18, including filters, rolling papers etc

In most places in the US it is illegal for a vendor to SELL u smoking products if u r under 18, but it is not illegal for u to BUY or possess them. (In other words, in the transaction, the vendor is breaking the law, u r not). Oddly, this restriction does not include matches.

Online stores ask u to ''guarantee'' that u r over 18. Real shops will usually ask for ID, if u do not look old enough.

In a tobacco shop u will be asked for ID. In a gift shop or novelty shop, which also sell Zippos, u probably wo not be.You r not breaking the law trying to buy one.

if you buy a nice one in a jewelry store they probably wo not card you. If you go to a smoker outlet the probably will.

My first Zippo came from an antiques store. It was a 1935 Brushed Stainless Steel with two chevron slashes at the top hinged corner and two at the bottom unhinged corner.

I'd imagine it would be 18, since that is the legal smoking age.
